Thank you for celebrating us, and that's present enough! But if you'd like to help us in outfitting our home or handling our honeymoon we have two registries available below.
York Street Denver Botanic Gardens
1007 York Street Denver, CO 80206
The first half of the evening will take place outdoors at the Annuals Garden, with the night ending indoors at Marnie's Pavilion.
The weather in August is typically very warm and sunny, averaging 90°F, but the wedding will be taking place rain or shine, so prepare accordingly.
Limited free parking is available in the parking complex, however there is no overnight parking. Street parking is also available in Cheesman Park where posted.
If taking the RTD in, use route #24 (York and Josephine Streets) and/or #10 (12th Avenue).
The day of the wedding all guests get free entry to the gardens. Feel free to arrive a little early to wander the gardens. There will also be time to explore during cocktail hour.
Since we know many of our out of town guests will be using AirBnB or a similar booking site, we don't have any specific room blocks. Below is a list of accommodations near the gardens that may be useful.
We'd love to see all our friends and family dress up with us to celebrate! The dress code for our wedding is "garden party formal" or semi-formal. Color is king!
Guests are encouraged to wear a suit, a dressy jumpsuit or a summer dress of at least knee length.
Need something more specific? Check out our Pinterest board for ideas here.
While we'll be at the gardens, any path you'll need to take will be paved, so all-terrain shoes won't be needed unless you want to go exploring.
Please plan to arrive at the gardens at 5pm. The ceremony will begin at CEREMONY TIME, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which we anticipate wrapping up at midnight.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner. Please include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP so we can communicate these needs to our caterer.
We'll be having an open bar throughout the day serving cocktails and mocktails, and water will be readily available.
Please RSVP either online here, or by mailing back the RSVP card sent with your invite by July 4th 2026.
Your invite will indicate whether you're invited to bring a plus one. If your invite does not indicate a plus one, and you feel this has been done in error, feel free to reach out to Lily and Alex at the email below to argue your case.
Lily and Alex met one night in the woods, in a shack made of sticks called the Crack Shack. Despite its sordid name they were just there to play card games, and after Alex smiled at her one round, Lily was smitten. The two of us began dating shortly after and have been together for five years so far, with many more to come.
Brooke and Lily were introduced to each other by Elle in middle school, at the after school Video Game club.
Lily was wearing a galaxy themed Taco Cat t-shirt, and Brooke was wearing a Grumpy Cat necklace she had made out of pony beads.
It was clear from the start they were destined to be the best of friends.
Their shared interests in video games, crochet, long furbies, thrifting and antiques have fueled a decade-long friendship.
Brooke can always be counted on for a good attitude, moral support, and to find something weird Lily would love to do, making her the perfect maid of honor.
Lily met Olivia while looking for a roommate freshman year.
Olivia sent a powerpoint highlighting the many pros of rooming with her, and Lily can confirm there are many more that didn't make it to the powerpoint.
Alex and Olivia became casual friends not too long into that year, and became much closer once Alex started hosting game nights in Rochester.
The trio have been to almost every escape room in the Rochester area, with a 100% completion rate.
We're so happy that someone who knows the both of us so well will be the one marrying us.
Aaron and Alex met in Sunday School when they were both around six.
Though they didn't become friends then, they reconnected in middle school when they discovered their shared interest in Undertale.
In high school, after the summer long Great Water War, Aaron was awarded the Salt Knight award for always being honorable, and letting the rest of us know when we were not.
Aaron has always been grounded, making him the perfect go-to for discussing daily woes.
When it came time to decide who would be in our wedding parties, Alex knew Aaron would be able to support him through the process and could be depended upon for any additional duties.
Lily met Ari in the delivery room of what is now HCA Aurora. As sisters often do, they had many ups and downs in the years following. Happily, their relationship has greatly improved ever since they stopped having to share a bathroom. Ari's quick to make friends and easily endears herself to everyone around her. At Lily's graduation she was fully integrated within the Otaku Bowling Club within seconds of the grad group losing sight of her. Ari has always been the bolder and more outgoing of the two, much to Lily's admiration.
Elle and Lily also met in middle school at Video Game Club, though Elle quickly explained she would rather join a makeup club. As one of Lily's most fashion forward friends, it was completely understandable. Elle has always been a champion for love, no one was more excited than she was when Lily told them about Alex. We're so happy to have someone who loves love so much standing with us. Elle is a constant source of humor and compassion to everyone around her.
Morgan is Alex's longest childhood friend, as they met in early elementary school and have been friends since. Morgan's phone number was one of the first that Alex memorized, before he was old enough to have a cell phone. Morgan is very empathetic and deeply kind and has always been there to lend an ear to a friend in need. Alex is glad they've been by his side this long, and looks forward to having them by his side in the future.
Alex and Bryan have been friends since middle school, where they were a few of the founding members of the after school Magic The Gathering Club. Bryan really wanted to play D&D, so he acquired and read all of the rule books, and eventually introduced Alex to what would become a continued interest and love for TTRPGs on the whole. Bryan is a joy to be around, a genuinely good person, and has lived far away for a while now, so Alex is excited to have him around again for the wedding.
